6tdms Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Users

Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between each user and 6tdms concerning use of the website, its content and any available account or entertainment feature. References to “you”, “your” or “user” mean the person accessing 6tdms. References to “we”, “our” or “the platform” mean 6tdms and the relevant service operator where the context requires.

Accessing 6tdms, creating an account where that facility is offered, or continuing to use any 6tdms feature after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the current agreement. These terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information.

Definitions and interpretation

Where registration is available, you confirm that:

Acceptable use

Prohibited conduct includes:

• identity fraud, payment fraud, collusion or account sharing;

Availability and limitation of liability
